The staff helped me a lot. They were so friendly and nice. the location was amazing too. i could easily walk to many places i wanted to visit. the rooms were very very comfy and tidy. i would stay here again!
i wish they had left a couple of water bottles in the room, that would have been nice.

stuff in the lobby was polite. breakfast offered many options. the location was convenient to various attractions, and everything was within a reasonable walking distance, about 20-30 minutes. i was able to walk to most places i wanted to see without trouble.
the sofa bed mattress in room 818 had many stains. there was a red substance and other stains on it, so my son did not want to sleep there. i hope they will check the mattresses in other rooms.

the gym had three treadmills. it also features two stationary bikes. a water dispenser is available near the entrance. towels were provided near the equipment.

the breakfast was adequate, it included several options.
The cleanliness was an issue. I saw dirty rugs in the hallway. the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the floor cool enough. housekeeping entered my room without knocking, it was disruptive.
