The staff helped me a lot. They were so friendly and nice. the location was amazing too. i could easily walk to many places i wanted to visit. the rooms were very very comfy and tidy. i would stay here again!

stuff in the lobby was polite. breakfast offered many options. the location was convenient to various attractions, and everything was within a reasonable walking distance, about 20-30 minutes. i was able to walk to most places i wanted to see without trouble.
the sofa bed mattress in room 818 had many stains. there was a red substance and other stains on it, so my son did not want to sleep there. i hope they will check the mattresses in other rooms.

the breakfast was adequate, it included several options.
The cleanliness was an issue. I saw dirty rugs in the hallway. the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the floor cool enough. housekeeping entered my room without knocking, it was disruptive.
